1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using #hire (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use #hire. Employer accounts must be created with a valid company email address (free email providers such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, AOL, and iCloud are not permitted for employer signups).
3. User Content
You retain ownership of the videos, images, text and other content you upload. By uploading content you grant #hire a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the legality of content you upload.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- No harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content.
- No impersonation or misrepresentation of identity, employment, or qualifications.
- No spam, scraping, or automated access without written permission.
- No illegal activity, including violations of employment, privacy or anti-discrimination laws.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. #hire does not guarantee employment outcomes, candidate quality, or job posting results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, #hire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
